Lib Dem Leader Nick Clegg Launches Bristol West Election Campaign8.00.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 8th Apr 2010
Liberal Democrat Leader Nick Clegg has today visited Bristol West to launch the party's campaign in the West Country, and to support the re-election of Bristol West's Lib Dem MP, Stephen Williams. He spoke to a crowd outside @Bristol in Millennium Square, before touring Explore@Bristol. During his visit, Nick set out the four main points of the Liberal Democrat campaign:
Stephen said, "It was great to see Nick in Bristol right at the start of the party's general election campaign. I look forward to talking with many Bristol West residents in the run up to the 6th May, and hope that they will once again support me to continue as their MP."
